Step 2 of the installation - procedure fails. It seems you can`t connect to the Ketsujin Update-database. The download-bar does not proceed and after a while it times out.

Solution:

a firewall on your PC (hardware---> router/modem or software--->XP, Zonealarm, Norton Webwatch) blocks the port, which is responsible for the update.

Note:
If you use certain firewall like "Filseclab Personal Firewall" or a Anti virus with some sort of Firewall included like "Trend Antivirus" you have to uninstall the Firewall or Anti virus.
After uninstalling and restart the update for the game should work
Windows XP Firewall doens`t make problems with the update.
